This site is operated by Sardar Arslan. Sardar Arslan is an individual, not a registered company, so there is no company number or registered office to state. When that changes, these terms will be reissued naming the company, and the footer will carry its number and address.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer under UK law.

We take reasonable care with the research and publish the sources, dates and confidence behind every figure on the methodology page. Even so, a real quote can differ, and legitimately: parts prices move, a fault turns out to be a different fault, and one garage prices differently from the one down the road.

Decisions about your car and your money remain yours. Use this site to judge whether a quote is ordinary, and not as a substitute for one.

• We do not carry out repairs and employ no mechanics.
• We take no payment for any job and no commission. Any money for work goes to the garage.
• We are not party to your agreement with a garage. That contract is between you and them, including any guarantee, any dispute, and any refund.
• We do not inspect or endorse garages. Listings come from a public register of licensed MOT test stations. Appearing here is a record, not a recommendation, and carries no warranty from us about quality of work.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every figure is accurate at the moment you read it.

We are not liable for losses arising from relying on a price here, from work carried out by a garage, or from any dealing you have with a business listed on the site. Where a figure is wrong, tell us and we will correct it, which is the remedy this site can actually offer.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

The words, page templates and price research on this site belong to Sardar Arslan. You are welcome to read them, print them, and quote a figure with a link back. Republishing pages wholesale, or scraping the prices to build a competing dataset, is not permitted.

Garage records come from public sector information. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Automated access

Search engines and AI crawlers are welcome, and robots.txt names the ones we allow explicitly. Automated access that degrades the site for other readers is not welcome, and may be blocked.

These terms may change as the site grows, and certainly will when the business is incorporated. The current version is always the one on this page. If a change materially affects what you can rely on, it will be noted here rather than made quietly.
